Pages Promotions Presents:
Editorial, Book Design, and Promotional Services
for Independent Authors

Picture
Authors everywhere face the same challenges.  We need a soulful and productive space to write, readers to keep us motivated, shopkeepers to believe in our work, and the media to send news of our books out on every available frequency.

Most of us just want to focus on writing our next book, avoiding the frustration and the lost creative hours on production and promotion.  There's no shame in that... we're writers, not necessarily designers and sales people.

Pages Promotions can help with those discouraging pieces of your career.  We believe that the impact of Independent Authors within the literary community cannot be ignored or belittled.  You deserve just as many accolades as those on the NYT list... readers simply haven't discovered you yet.  Our enthusiasm and experience will challenge and change that awareness.

We are experienced Independent Authors, writers, editors, and publishers, with degrees in English, Journalism, and Creative Composition.   Since 2010, the team at Pages Promotions has assisted over three-hundred writers and authors edit, publish, and promote their books.  We can help fine tune and ready your book for the marketplace, too.

Below are a list of our services.  If you have additional questions before you order, please send us a note, and we'll get back with you quickly.
"My experience with Pages Promotions Inc. and the community of writers they have created has been second to none. Not only are the professional editing services affordable, they are instructional. I feel as though I have grown as a writer with every project I have submitted to them." 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
~ J.A. Bullen, Author

Chapter-By-Chapter Author Coaching: $75/hour
You say you don't have a complete book yet, but you want a bit of mentoring to send your creative muse in the right direction?  We can help with that.  Sometimes, it takes brainstorming with a professional, out loud, to flesh out the story you want to write, or get pointers on the process.  Pages Promotions can be your "on-call" creative writing mentor!

Indie Author Marketing Mentoring: $50 USD/hour. Books aren't widgets.  One size doesn't fit all.  Also, just because you've written it, doesn't mean that they will read it.  Each title needs a particular outreach program specific to genre, topic matter, and audience.   If you are looking for a rope bridge to get over the promotion quagmire, contact us for a brainstorming consultation and tap into our knowledge base and resources.  We won't do the promotional work for you... but we'll offer you some proven tools and expert advice to help you along the way.  Consultations are available via telephone, Zoom meeting, or in-person.

More Author Feedback:
"Publishing your novel independently can be a stressful nightmare, especially when it’s your first time. When I did it, I had no clue what I was doing and the finished product was less than perfect. I’d published two novels on my own through Amazon before a writer friend of mine connected me with the indie publisher she’d used for her debut novel. I was skeptical going into it, as I was unsure how it would play out. I feel like at the end of the day, the artistic integrity of the piece should coincide with the artist’s view, not the publisher’s; I’d rather have a mediocre book that fits my vision, rather than a best seller that didn’t stay true to how I wanted it. Those fears were quickly quelled, though, as I soon learned that Diana’s main goal is to keep the author as involved as possible. She’s very knowledgeable as an author herself, and is always willing to help in any way that she can. In my experience, she never told me to change anything; any suggestions she made were simply that. If for whatever reason, I didn’t want to make the change, she let it go. If Diana takes you on as a client, all she wants to do is help you release the best book possible. She will work tirelessly to promote it as well through her Indie Reads TV station as well as the Pages Promotions festivals that she coordinates. I feel like her rates are fair and she’s willing to work with you on the payment schedule; if you can’t pay it all upfront, she is happy to do monthly installments, which really helped me out at the time that I was delving into the republishing of my first novel. Since then, I have published a poetry collection and am in the midst of writing a second one, which I will definitely be publishing through Diana. I’m a very anxious person, so I need to be comfortable in order to proceed with a lot of things, but I have no reservations about working with Diana again. She’s passionate about what she does and that reflects in her work; she doesn’t discriminate, and will champion her client above all else. Having such a gracious editor really helped me to be more comfortable putting my work out there and testing the waters in new genres and new subjects. I’ve been extremely happy with the work we’ve done together so far, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced editor/publisher."  ~ Gabriel Mero, Author

"I would like to take a moment to give much deserved praise to Diana Kathryn Plopa. She has helped me with many issues as an author and it has made a big difference in my writing and marketing strategies. She has designed an amazing website for me that gives visitors to the site the ability to see all of my work and order from the site as well. The graphics are beautiful and she was able to animate the banner. Diana goes above and beyond with all advice and work that she does as an editor and troubleshooter for marketing, writing, site assistance and design work. She has also done beautiful book trailers as well.

"I cannot say enough good about the quality of work Diana has done for me. She has been there ready to help and makes sure to give clear and concise directions as well as explaining expectations that can be understood easily. Because of her help, I have gained much needed confidence to move forward as a better author armed with marketing tools that I am able to use to promote my books with a level of excellence I never expected to have. Many thanks to Diana for exemplary work and for being a great friend." ~ Marianne Waddill Wieland, Author
"Editors are like English Teachers. Get mad at 'em all you like. But they're right. Notice I did not place a comma after "But" and I use the shorthand slang "'em" instead of the correct word "them". I did this out pure rebellion. In all seriousness Diana Kathryn Plopa is amazing and I could not have written my book without her." ~Jeremy Nicholas, Author
