MISSION STATEMENT:
The Creative Light Writer’s Guild believes that literacy is critical to the advancement of society on both a personal and professional level.
Our mission is comprised of three elements. Each supports our endeavors equally, as a three-legged stool. If any one of the legs should break, the seat will no longer support the intention of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

These are the governing principles by which we approach every project and program, in order to foster team commitment and continued personal, professional, and community growth.

Honor and integrity are the keys to every ethical business endeavor. They are the cornerstone toward building enduring relationships with clients, colleagues, donors, and recipients.
EXPERTISE
Expertise and experience reinforce the trust donors and recipients place with a company; while breeding strength and continued creative growth internally.
LEADERSHIP
Leadership and training are fundamental pieces to every successful staffing puzzle. Mentoring on every level provides accountability to the company and instills ownership of goals within team members.
PURPOSE
Purposeful attention to the mission, vision, and goals of a company’s future encourages and engages continued success.

- To support children and adults as they enhance their literacy skills toward becoming more active readers and writers.
- To support other community service charities and foster gentle activism through use of the written word.
- To support Independent and Self-Published Authors, as we respect and validate their writing practice as an entrepreneur business, understanding that there is tremendous initiative, risk and reward inherent in such endeavors.
