The Passionate Plotter process is a ten-week comprehensive writing workshop designed and taught by a Published Author, Writing Mentor, and Indie Publisher. The program takes the novice writer from the beginning planning stages of their book, through to publication. Each workshop targets specific details regarding the development of story, character, publication, and marketing.
The program is designed as focused, individual workshops, and writers have the option to enroll in the entire program, or just the individual segments that they are interested in learning more about, and practicing. The individual segments are ideal for seasoned writers working on a new book project, perhaps in a different genre or style, or for those who want to hone their writing skills with their current style and approach. The Passionate Plotter Writing Workshop meets once a week, for ten consecutive weeks. Each workshop consists of three hours of instruction, allowing for a full investigation of all the materials. We will open the doors to the classroom thirty minutes before instruction begins, and linger another thirty minutes afterward. This will allow for plenty of time to get settled, purchase books, and network with other writers. Remote Access of The Passionate Plotter Writing Workshop program is available for home study. We use The Passionate Plotter textbook when teaching all of the workshop segments. It is highly recommended, although not required, that you purchase a copy of the text when enrolling in any of The Passionate Plotter Workshops. There are two textbook purchase options: 1. The Complete Workshop Workbook, which is fully inclusive... All of the lectures and worksheets for the complete workshop series are in this one book. This book is available in Paperback Edition; a hardcover edition is forthcoming. 2. The Supplemental Worksheets Workbook, which includes just the worksheets for all of the workshop segments, but does not include the lecture texts. This book is available in Paperback Edition; a PDF edition is forthcoming. Students have the option to purchase textbooks in advance, or at the time of the workshop.
