Pages Promotions understands that not everyone is in the same place in their writing career, and may need coaching and support along their literary journey. To meet these needs, we also offer Individually Tailored Chapter-By-Chapter Coaching, Author Website Design and Maintenance, and Writing Workshops for groups of aspiring authors in every age, stage, and genre.
​Author Coaching: $50/hour
2-hour minimum
You say you don't have a complete book yet, but you want a bit of mentoring to send your creative muse in the right direction? We can help with that. Sometimes, it takes brainstorming with a professional, out loud, to flesh out the story you want to write, or get pointers on the process. We can assist with Chapter-By-Chapter development sessions, Story Strategy sessions, and Series Design. We'll go at your pace, and target the areas you feel are most in need of support. Pages Promotions can be your "on-call" creative writing mentor!
Author Coaching Session
Coaching can also be arranged for authors who are interested in learning more about marketing their books.
After a consultation meeting (either in-person, via Zoom, or by telephone) to determine color and design elements, we will build a website that will allow the author an online presence to tell their story, promote their book, build an email list, write a blog, and grow with their writing career, all while maintaining ownership of the content.
Our Author websites, built on the WIX platform, are mobile responsive, meaning the website will be fully functional on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Each website includes these standard elements:

Additional design changes, information updates, calendars, and other requested elements are invoiced at $25 USD per hour after the initial build.
​Also included is a two-hour tutorial (either in-person, via Zoom, or by telephone) to instruct authors in maintaining their website themselves. Additional tutorial time is invoiced at $25 USD per hour.
~~~A $250 USD non-refundable deposit is required to reserve website design services.
~~~The final payment of $250 USD is due upon delivery of the completed website.
~~~These fees include design services only. The hosting account, domain name, and monthly/annual service fees must be ordered and maintained via WIX by the author, and in the author's name.
~~~Pages Promotions does not provide blog writing or ghost writing services.

For those authors who would rather write books than upload content to their website, a monthly website maintenance and development retainer may be arranged. The retainer includes unlimited blog articles, graphics, calendar updates, content changes, and additional pages for a monthly fee of $50. All content must be provided to Pages Promotions by the author. The retainer is invoiced monthly, whether changes to the website are requested, or not.​​​​
Those drawn to the writing craft remind us that writing is indeed an art, and how sometimes, when working with a creative soul, rules are meant to be bent in order to make the story more fun!

At the close of the workshop, the students' work will be collected, sent through one last editorial pass by our professional editors, and compiled in an anthology. Once the anthology has been produced, we host a "Launch Event," where selected students are invited to read their work to family and friends who have come to support them.
